Where do I see live prices and availability?

Choose your dates in any Check Availability form. You will continue to the secure reservation page, where current rates, room options and bookable extras are confirmed.

Can you help me choose a room?

Yes. Tell Tere your group size, preferred bed setup, whether you need a full kitchen or compact kitchenette, and what matters most. She can narrow the options here before you book.

What is the difference between a room, apartment and villa?

Rooms keep the stay simple. Apartments add a private kitchen or compact kitchenette and more independence. Villas are private bases for groups, retreats and celebrations. Start with the way you travel, then compare the exact fit.

Which stays have a kitchen or kitchenette?

Apartments #6 and #11 have a private kitchen. Apartments #21, #22, #25 and #26 have compact kitchenettes for breakfast, snacks and simple meals. Rooms #7 and #8 have shared kitchen access. Room #23 is a room, not an apartment.

Can I search for more than one room?

Yes. Select the number of rooms in the availability form, then set adults, children and children's ages separately for each room before searching. This keeps the guest distribution clear for every room.

Which stays work well for families?

Apartments with a kitchen or kitchenette are a useful starting point for families, especially when sleep schedules and meals need more flexibility. Share the children's ages and your preferred setup with Tere so she can compare the practical options.

Can I stay for a longer visit or work remotely?

Several apartments offer more independence for longer stays, and Wi-Fi is available across the property. Exact housekeeping format, extras and current terms depend on the dates and stay type, so confirm them before booking.

Can I manage an existing reservation online?

Yes. Use Manage Reservation in the main menu or footer to open the secure reservation-management page.

Is Dreamcatcher close to the beach?

The property is positioned for beach, surf, restaurants and town life. Exact walking expectations depend on your group, mobility and the specific plan, so ask the team for the most useful route context.

How do I get to Santa Teresa?

Private or shared shuttles, a domestic flight via Tambor, ferry and self-drive routes are common options. The best choice depends on your arrival time, group, luggage and budget; confirm the final leg close to travel.

Can you help with local transport or arrival?

The team can help you compare the practical options for your arrival and stay, including shuttle questions and local mobility. Pickup, timing, route and current conditions must be confirmed for your dates.

Do you organize surf lessons?

The team can help coordinate lessons, board rentals and local guidance when available. Tell us your level, preferred board and how flexible you are; conditions and operator schedules are confirmed for your dates.

Do you offer yoga, massage or wellness?

Yoga, massage and other wellness formats may be coordinated depending on the current schedule, space and practitioner availability. Nothing is treated as automatically included unless it is confirmed.

Can I plan tours, food or experiences before arrival?

Yes. Save the ideas that interest you and ask Tere to shape a realistic order. She can help compare timing, mobility, group fit and what should stay flexible without inventing prices or availability.

Can I book a villa, retreat or wedding?

Yes. These are inquiry-first stays so the hotel can confirm the right setup, service plan, capacity and availability before making promises. Share dates, group size, privacy needs and the kind of gathering you have in mind.

What should I include when I contact the team?

Dates or an approximate window, number of travelers, children's ages, preferred stay type, kitchen needs, mobility, and the one thing you want the trip to feel like. That gives Tere or the hotel team enough context to be useful quickly.

What if I have a question about parking, pets or accessibility?

Those details can depend on the current property setup and your specific stay. Contact the hotel directly with the question before booking so the team can confirm the right answer rather than make a general promise.
