If you decide to cancel your reservation, the hotel will refund the deposit according to the following criteria:
- If the cancellation is 30 days or more prior to the arrival date: 100% refund minus bank fee.
- If the cancellation is 29-15 days prior to the arrival date: 50% refund minus bank fee.
- If the cancelation is 14 days or less prior to the arrival date: No refund.
Cancellation one month or more prior to the arrival date:
- In the case that a suitable tenant is found to fill all the dates canceled, we will return the amount of your deposit minus $ 50 administration fee.
- If no suitable tenant is found then the 50% deposit will be forfeited in its entirety.
