1. All our staff wears face masks to do their jobs.
  2. We make daily disinfection in all the rooms and social areas.
  3. We have placed gel alcohol dispensers all around the hotel.
  4. We check guests’ temperature at check in.
  5. We have displayed signs with the correct hand-washing procedure and coughing and sneezing protocols.
  6. We control social distancing and that the guests stay in their own social groups.
  7. We make constant disinfection of remote controls, keys and other utensils.


  1. In the event of cancellations due to border closings or other government restrictions, we will allow the guests to change the date of their reservation within a year’s time, or as a last case we will issue a refund.
  2. In the event of guests or family members getting the virus, we will allow the change of reservation dates withing a year´s time, once the guest sends proof of positive test.
