Prices, availability and payments
Room prices, live availability, payment steps and final booking conditions are controlled by Kross. The website does not publish fake rates or availability.
Cancellation and reservation conditions
Cancellation, deposit, payment, occupancy and reservation rules should be reviewed in Kross and in your reservation confirmation. If anything is unclear, ask Dreamcatcher before booking.
Breakfast
Breakfast is handled as an a la carte service, not a buffet. The current public-safe service rule is breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., pre-ordered the previous night. Inclusion and any extra charge still depend on your reservation details or direct confirmation.
Check-in, check-out and pets
Arrival timing, departure timing and pet requests should be confirmed in your booking details or directly with the team. If you are traveling with a pet, ask before booking and expect supervised-pet house rules when approved.
Villas, retreats, weddings and buyouts
Inquiry-only products require confirmation of dates, guest count, sleeping layout, services, event rules, staffing and final availability before commitment.
